⁣The film is about a cowboy who delivers a herd of horses for his brother, a diamond prospector whose work has attracted the interest of a bunch of badguys.

⁣When Tex is brought in to fight in a range war between the cowmen and the nesters, he meets his old outlaw boss Lassiter. He learns Lassiter is behind the feud when Lassiter asks him to join up with his gang. Tex refuses and instead sets out to stop the feud but no one will believe him that Lassiter is responsible.

⁣Cisco and Poncho are being impersonated by two bandits who have committed robbery and murder, so they have to break jail to prove their innocence.

⁣Billy, Fuzzy and Jeff interrupt a stagecoach robbery and discover that one of the passengers, the sheriff of Sage Valley was shot in the back by one of the other passengers. Upon arrival in Sage Valley Mayor Jed Harrison appoints Billy Sheriff to arrest the criminal mastermind Kansas Ed that turns out to be Billy's long lost brother.

⁣After failing to reach a deal with her enemies, a mercenary karate master decides to protect the daughter of a recently deceased oil tycoon from the evil conglomerate that's after her inheritance.
