⁣A "professor" hits Dr. Christian's town, promising the local women dramatic weight loss in a very short time if they follow his regimen of strict diet and a particular type of diet pill. Dr. Christian tries to warn them that the man is a dangerous charlatan but, mesmerized by the prospect of almost instantaneous weight loss, the women ignore his warnings.

⁣The "doctor" treats a mental patient, Buckley, but accidentally injects him with adrenaline, which causes him to go into violent fits. In one of these fits, Buckley kidnaps a woman, tears her clothes off, and rapes her. Buckley's wife discovers the body of the real doctor, and blackmails Don into turning her husband into a zombie. The ersatz doctor turns the tables on her by manipulating her into fighting with his estranged wife, Alice Maxwell, a former showgirl. When the cat-breeding neighbor Goof sees what's going on, he calls the police, who stop the fight and, following the sound of Satan the cat, find the body of the real doctor hidden behind a brick wall.

The G-men's investigation is hindered by the distrust of the Chippewas as well as the lumbermen.

⁣Pat Gallagher and his sidekick Stoney Crockett are Secret Service agents in the Old West, dispatched by the government to investigate crimes threatening the young nation.

⁣A grizzly bear follows Dusty back to the camp after our hero pulls a thorn from the bear's foot.

⁣Dr. Baxter attempts to effect a truce between residents of Rising Springs and their Apache neighbors.

⁣Jim Newton captures a magnificent wild stallion and brings him back to the ranch. Later in town, he comes to the aid of a small boy who is falsely accused of breaking a window and brings him back to the ranch. The boy and the horse soon become fast friends.

⁣Quirt Evans, an all round bad guy, is nursed back to health and sought after by Penelope Worth a quaker girl. He eventually finds himself having to choose between his world and the world Penelope lives in.

⁣Gary Gray joins only to become entangled in Ben Holt's gang's rustling activities. Holt accuses him of rustling before accusing him of murder. Gary, having been proven innocent, foils the gang's stage robbery and then pursues Holt, whom he now believes is the true murderer. Holt, on the other hand, anticipates his arrival and waits in ambush.
