Carol comes out to look for silver to save the company, but does not know that their engineer, named Regan, is crooked and wants all the silver for himself. But only Old Ed knows where the mother lode is located.

⁣With a $10,000 note Roy co-signed for the Pioneers due, Roy plans to get the money from the reward for the capture of the Gypsy. After he captures him he lets him go realizing he is innocent and it's not long before the real outlaws show their hand.

⁣A deranged killer escapes into the Canadian woods. He tries to fool the locals by pretending he is a well known mystery writer, but the local Mountie starts to get suspicious.

⁣ Counterfeit bills are being printed in Canada and shipped across the border hidden in blocks of ice. When the counterfeiters force engraver Bronson to make a new plate, he inscribes a tiny help message on it. Renfrew catches a henchman who has one of the new bills. A magnifying glass lets him read the message and he heads out alone to round up the counterfeiters.

⁣ A Marine stationed in the Philippines loses a hand in an accident and is discharged from the Corps. When the Japanese invade the Philippines, he is called back into service to rescue a general held by Filipino guerrillas behind Japanese lines. Attaching a steel prosthetic in place of his missing hand, he and his men set out on the mission, which turns out to be not quite what he was told it was.

⁣Ricky and Sandy try to rescue Champ from a carnival owner who has captured the horse and uses him as an attraction, offering a large prize to anyone who can ride him.
